  • You must not use the site to transmit malware, attempt to gain unauthorised access, or interfere with other users.

2. Tools and calculators

Tools provided on this site (Cyber Risk Quiz, M365 Calculator, Domain Checker, Downtime ROI, Speed Test, Status page, Password Generator, etc.) are for guidance only. Results are estimates based on the inputs you provide and publicly-available data sources. They do not replace a formal assessment, audit, or quote. We make no warranty about accuracy, completeness, or fitness for any particular purpose.

3. Quotes & engagement

  • Any pricing displayed on the site (including the Pricing page and calculators) is indicative. A binding quote is only provided in writing after a free IT review.
  • All engagements are governed by a separate Service Agreement signed by both parties before work begins.
  • Unless agreed otherwise, our standard hours are Mon–Fri 8am–5pm AEST. After-hours and emergency support may attract additional rates.

4. Third-party services & links

We integrate with and link to third-party services (e.g. Microsoft 365, Aussie Broadband, Datto, Google services). We are not responsible for the content, performance, or availability of those third parties. Their terms and privacy policies apply to your use of them.

5. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, including the Australian Consumer Law:

  • This website is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied.
  • We are not liable for indirect, special, or consequential loss arising from your use of this site or its tools.
  • Our liability for services delivered under a signed Service Agreement is governed by that agreement.
  • Nothing in these terms excludes any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded.
