Trust account–grade security and a unified two-office network without breaking the bank

The Challenge

A growing boutique agency with offices in Brassall and Karalee was running each office independently — separate file shares, separate email, separate phone systems — and had grown nervous after a competitor in the area lost trust account funds to a payment-redirection scam. They wanted enterprise-grade security at a small business price, with a path to grow into a third office.

What We Did

We unified both offices on a single Microsoft 365 Business Premium tenancy with conditional access and phishing-resistant MFA, deployed a dedicated cloud-managed VoIP phone system with hunt groups and call recording, replaced both offices' antiquated file shares with secured SharePoint with proper retention rules for trust account records, and rolled out a quarterly phishing simulation and training program. Every property listing image, contract and trust account document now lives in one auditable, encrypted environment.
